Every Sunday night I find myself with a weekly dose of Tylenol PM right around 8pm. This happens because of mine and Matt's "sleep in" day. Church isn't until 11 and sometimes we still wake up late (did I just admit that!) Before you judge let me justify! Every other day of the week Matt is up at 6:30am and I am up at 5am so our "non alarm" day is something we look forward to every week...at least I do. The down side to this pattern is that I am not really tired on Sunday nights but since I am waking up Monday morning at 5am I have to make sure I get enough sleep (I am not very pleasant to be around if I am tired...just ask Matt) I am finding that even Tylenol PM isn't strong enough to put me to bed on Sunday nights (like right now...it is way past my bed time, It's 10:15) As I was contemplating why I wasn't tired I came to a conclusion that maybe I should stop guzzling down my pills with a can of Diet Coke. hmmm....maybe I will have to try water next time. Now I am off to bed to see if the PM kicked in :)

No kidding you need some kids. That is one thing I miss since Dylan was born-sleeping in!! Sleeping until 7am is sleeping in to me right now. . .so sad!!
You crack me up! I agree with Renae... you can come over at 2 am the night before. My newborn will ensure a good night's sleep for you on Sunday.

I find that benadryl works wonders...for nights that I'm not quite ready to go to bed, but know that I need to get up in the morning, 2 benadryl do the trick too...and they are non-habit forming. I would suggest taking them with water over diet coke though...:)
Is it wrong to take a vitaman with d.c. or better yet does it count if I just drink at least one d.c. plus a day? ;)
