Matt is not going to appreciate this at all but he was named employee of the month! I would have to agree. He is a hard worker, ALWAYS on time (really, he has never been late in the 6 months that he's worked at Novell) and a great team player. The downside is that I think he's going to keep the $100 extra to himself. Great Job Matt!

I thought one of the requirements for earning the Employee of the Month was to either spend or give the money to your wife.
