Matt, Sharon, and LauraWe went to down to St. George last weekend to run in the Spectrum 10k and to of course visit Joe and Julianne. We all did great. It was a PR for each of us! It was a nice day and beautiful run. Joe, Jullianne, Joey and Sam were nice enough to come out and see us run. Thanks guys!

I didn't know you had any more PR's in you! You just keep getting better with age. Yeah for Sharon!...and just think...it's still early in the season :)
